Cortina Cigars by Tony Alvarez are aged and have a mild creamy taste that includes sweet nuts, nutmeg, almond and cedar undertones. The wrapper is a premium connecticut shade-grown tobacco leaf. The binder and pure long filler are finely cured Cuban-seed Habano. Tony has been making fine cigars for years and these prove his talents. He personally supervises each roller in the creation of these Grand Robusto cigars, and some are even made by the man himself. Each Cortina cigar is 5 inches long with a ring gauge of 60. 25 are hand packed in a cellophane bundle. Quantities are limited so hurry and get them at these cheap prices before they are all gone.
Tony Alvarez is a Cuban Master cigar legend. He grew tobacco and hand rolled perfect cigars in Cuba for Monte Cristo, Romeo y Julieta and Cohiba. He then fled Cuba and while in Miami, Florida rolled for Don Tito, La Gloria Cubana and CAONAO cigars. Tony knows cigars so he went to Esteli, Nicaragua to open his own small factory. His cigars are all totally handmade, and many he makes himself. He only uses the best wrappers, binders and fillers. As in the traditional cuban cigar factory, cigars do not leave his factory until he personally inspects them. They are all top premium cigars. That is the only way that Tony knows how to make them.
